The duties for this position include but are not limited to the following:

• Provides comprehensive health/physical assessments (physical examinations)
  using FOHS forms, and completes appropriate medical records. Documentation on
  medical records is thorough and appropriately addresses positive findings as indicated.
  May write short-term prescriptions, if required in the Interagency Agreement.

• Must be qualified medical or osteopathic physicians and possess a
  current license to practice medicine. Physicians shall have one (1) year of experience,
  within the past two (2) years, in a primary care specialty or shall have graduated within
  one (1) year from an accredited residency program in primary care. Must have
  CPR/AED certification and be able to perform comprehensive health/physical
  assessments. Any foreign national physician who is a foreign medical graduate shall
  have passed the Educational Commission Foreign Medical Graduate test and shall
  meet the requirements specified in Sections H.9. & H.19.
