The duties for this position include but are not limited to the following:

• In accordance with their license and with appropriate standards of care,
  provides comprehensive health/physical assessments (physical examinations) using
  FOHS forms, and complete appropriate medical records/MIS tracking.

• Graduation from a National League of Nursing
  accredited school of nursing (Diploma, AD, or BSN) and a graduate of a NLN
  Accredited Nurse Practitioner Program and shall have the ability to perform
  comprehensive health/physical assessments. Must have current license and CPR/AED
  certification.
