Full-Time Position with RGB Group, Inc to provide Medical Laboratory Technologist services to the men & women of the United States Coast Guard at Cape May, NJ.

Perform laboratory testing and evaluation including interpretation of tests in the areas of:

    Hematology;

    Urinalysis;

    Other CLIA-Waived Tests

Perform evaluation and interpretation of tests in the areas of:

    Bacteriology;

    Chemistry; 3, Special Chemistry;

    Blood Bank;

    Serology;

Ensure the establishment and maintenance of acceptable levels of analytical performance for each test system;

Fulfill the duties of a laboratory technical consultant for a moderately-complex laboratory as defined by CLIA;

Prepare, manage and submit appropriate documentation testing related to Clinic Laboratory Improvement Amendment (CLIA).

• A diploma from an accredited school of Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory. Science. (Bachelors degree at a minimum),
• A current unrestricted license for the practice Medical Laboratory Technology in one of the 50 states, if applicable, or meet the qualification in the state in which they practice.
• Maintain current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) for the Health Care Provider by the American Heart Association (AHA), American Red Cross (ARC), American Safety & Health Institute (ASHI) or the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP).
• A minimum of two (2) years recent clinical experience in providing like services in the Coast Guard or other military, federal or comparable civilian MT/CLS services.
• "No adverse information on file" with the National Practitioners Data Band (NPDB).
• Three letters of recommendation from recent employers addressing Medical Laboratory services.
