The duties for this position include but are not limited to the following:

• Provides services at the SPS under the supervision/direction of the Area Nurse
  Manager, Nurse Coordinator or another contractor RN. Enter all services delivered into
  the FOHS MIS. Provides nursing care requiring an understanding of diseases and
  illnesses sufficient to enhance communications with physicians, registered nurses,
  clients and client agencies. Follows general instructions in addition to established
  policies, practices and procedures. Must use judgment to vary sequence of procedures
  based on client’s condition and previous instructions. Guidance is provided for unusual
  occurrences.

• LPN Licensure.
  
• Minimum of one year experience in OH or related experience such as public health/community health, outpatient clinic, school nursing, or physician office nursing.
  
• Have and maintain current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and AED certification by the American Heart Association.
