1. Detailed history, testing and examination.
2. Diagnostic, preventative, restorative, endodontic, and periodontic intial therapy services.
3. Fixed and removable prosthetics; and oral surgery services.
4. Case consultation with referring Dental Officer.
5. Treatment plan recommendation and review.
6. Provide immediate evaluation and management of emergent problems as they occur in addition to regularly scheduled appointments.

A)    Procedures necessary for relief of dental pain, swelling and infection with endanger the over health of patient;

B)    The repair of dental prostheses where lack of such repair would cause the patient suffering;

Shall possess and maintain the following:

1. Curriculum vitae
2. A diploma from an accredited school of Dentistry.
3. A current unrestricted license to practice dentistry in one of the fifty states.
4. A minimum of two years recent experience.

   5. CPR or ACLS and DEA required

   6. Three letters of recommendation
